HP-BiBi – a web-based watermaker management system

BiBi® – a web-based watermaker management system where the user can remotely control and monitor the operation of the unit.

The BiBi interface provides complete insight into all unit settings, water production, water quality, and more. This module is extremely useful because, in the event of any issue, an authorized HP technician can always access the watermaker settings, perform diagnostics, and in most cases resolve the fault.

With the BiBi module, the machine warranty is extended to 4 years.

BiBi can also be installed later, since it is a standalone product and is compatible with Android, iOS, and other web interfaces.

BiBi helps technical service centers understand the issue before going out for service.

In the event of an alarm, BiBi communicates with the user through real-time push notifications on the user’s smartphone.

BiBi also communicates by sending real-time email notifications to the factory, allowing it to monitor the condition of the customer’s unit in any emergency situation and for any possible alarm.

BiBi can directly report a unit issue by sending an informational notification to the service point closest to the vessel.
