HP SCA Watermakers

Description

The HP SCA watermaker is housed in a significantly smaller compact enclosure made of high-quality AISI 316 stainless steel. Professional, robust, and reliable, it is designed for continuous operation in demanding conditions.

Power consumption: 1 kW – 3 kW (depending on the model).

All HP watermakers are ISO 9001:2008 certified.

For reverse osmosis, a 31530 membrane is used, installed in a carbon fiber housing, together with a piston pump featuring a stainless steel head and ceramic pistons.

Control and monitoring of the production process are managed via a PLC. The system is automated and independently monitors operating pressures and produced water quality, while also performing automatic flushing at startup and at the end of the production cycle.

It is prepared for integration with tank level floats; when connected to them, it switches on and off automatically depending on whether the tank is empty or full.

Pressure regulation on the basic models is manual, with an option to upgrade with the RPT module.

Additional options:

RP Tronic (RPT) – Upgrading with the RP Tronic (RPT) module provides a fully automated system which, in addition to all of the above, also regulates high pressure automatically. This system gives the user complete freedom — simply start the watermaker and it takes care of the rest on its own. This module extends the machine warranty to 3 years. RP Tronic is a patented technology of HP High Pressure srl, and is now also used by other watermaker manufacturers.

AMCS – Automatic Membrane Conserving System – a system for automatic membrane preservation. Once the watermaker has finished production, RP Tronic fully opens the high-pressure valve for optimal membrane flushing with water, while AMCS simultaneously injects preservative. The preservative prevents bacterial growth and eliminates unpleasant odors in the membranes.

BiBi – a web-based watermaker management system. The user can remotely control and monitor the operation of the machine. This module is highly useful because, in the event of any problem, an authorized HP technician can always access the machine, perform diagnostics, and in most cases resolve the fault. With the BiBi module, the machine warranty is extended to 4 years.
